Named after the town of the same name, the dry, fruity Soave stands for the wine culture that has been cultivated here for 2000 years. The fertile, volcanic and calcareous soil, in addition to the Garganega, produces the best variety of this grape variety, which is widespread throughout Italy, with the Trebbiano di Soave. Valpantena presents here an aromatic, flavor-intensive representative of this popular type of white wine with good acidity.
