A Sauvignon Blanc from various vineyards in Tramin and Montan, grown on hilly areas between 350 and 500 m above sea level on calcareous and gravelly soil. The grapes are harvested manually and, after gentle pressing, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The further expansion takes place only in stainless steel tanks without biological acid degradation, so that the exotic fruity notes and the finesse are preserved.
