The best microclimate is located in the high altitudes near Mazzon, where this wine comes from. After the mash fermentation and maceration, it was stored for a short time in the large new wooden barrel. As an absolute novelty, the Pinot Nero is filled with a Vino-Lok glass closure, which is considered absolutely forward-looking.
