Accessible, fruity, smooth and reliable - these are the attributes for the Val die Preti, a jewel of the Correggia house. In any case, the Roero wines can be drunk earlier than their more famous counterparts on the other side of the Tanaro River due to their sandy-calcareous nature. The Val die Preti matures in new barriques for up to 20 months, and one thing is certain for the tasters: the best Nebbiolo in Italy comes from Matteo Correggia.
