Giorgio’s new price-performance star Bordini, despite the global economic crisis, Giorgio acquired this vineyard in the village of Neive (Bordini is the neighboring location of the Starderi). He wanted that
Initially, the Bordini Nebbiolo grapes were actually added to the basic Nebbiolo, but then noticed relatively quickly that the grapes from this vineyard were of exceptional quality
decreed. So Giorgio decided to produce a new Barbaresco. But the motto for this project should be a completely new one. Super quality at a top price for his friends in the catering and retail sectors. In other words: The usual, extraordinary La Spinetta quality, only at such a good price that you can easily offer it in the restaurant. The only catch is the quantity, Giorgio only produced 13,000 bottles.
