In the village of Monreale there is a district that consists only of white houses. This district has shaped an entire zone and the mighty Chardonnay Cusumanos, Jalé, also bears this name. With its enormous power and its unique expression, the Jalé reflects the heat of the Sicilian sun. The grapes are harvested in the first week of August. The wine is fermented in barriques and aged in them for 6 months.
