The grapes for this sought-after wine thrive on historic soil, because as early as 1873 Sangiovese was cultivated on the 12 hectares of "Vigna Nuova di Fiesole" vineyards. Unlike the Tenuta Nuova-Brunello, this type is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for a total of 36 months. After that, it stays in the bottle for another year. A perfect representative of the classic Brunello type.
